Accounts Administrator
A multi-company, multi-site, professional services SME environment supplying blue chip companies looking for a driven candidate to work within the finance team to complete the day-to-day financial activities. The role will include support to the HR administration function during busier periods of the year.
Responsibilities:
* Assisting the completion of Accounts Receivable
* Assisting the completion of Accounts Payable
* Assist with Bookkeeping
* Assisting with Contractor Payroll
* Preparation of Reporting
* HR and general company administration at busy times
Essential Skills:
* Minimum 1 year experience working within accounts / finance department
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
* Must be highly organised with a can-do attitude
* Ability to work independently and in face paced environment
* Confident in phone communication with customers and suppliers
Preferable Skills:
* Experience in Accounts Payable
* Experience in Accounts Receivable
* Experience in Bank Reconciliation
* Accountancy Qualification or equivalent
* Have an eye for detail and willing to challenge and improve processes.
* Good interpersonal skills and comfortable dealing with all levels within the company.
* Tenacity and discretion.
* Work well as part of a team and the willingness to re-prioritise at short notice.
