Position Overview
Delta Academies Trust invites applications for a Director of Maths. As a full‑time, permanent role, you will help shape a forward‑thinking curriculum and lead the maths department across our multi‑academy network in Yorkshire and the Humber.
Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor maths departments, ensuring high standards of teaching quality.
* Collaborate with senior leadership and subject teams to foster a culture of high achievement.
* Develop and implement a curriculum that engages students and encourages a lifelong love of maths.
* Use data‑driven insights to identify improvement areas and apply targeted interventions.
* Maintain a standardised maths curriculum and assessment framework across all academies.
Qualifications
Applicants should be inspiring leaders with a passion for mathematics education, a track record of improving student outcomes, and experience delivering high‑quality maths curricula.
