Learning Support Assistant – Kendal In partnership with local schools, Vision for Education are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Kendal. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young learners to thrive in a caring and inclusive environment. The Role This full-time Learning Support Assistant position is set to begin in September and is offered on a temporary to permanent basis. You will be working closely with class teachers to support pupils’ learning, with a particular focus on delivering small group interventions and providing one-to-one support where needed. The ideal candidate will be proactive, nurturing, and able to build positive relationships with both children and colleagues. While experience in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is highly desirable, it is not essential—enthusiasm, patience, and a genuine interest in child development are key.
