This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a large, well-established Manchester team that is continuing to grow, particularly on the residential litigation side.
You’ll work closely with a Partner to help develop the residential offering while also running a varied caseload spanning residential and commercial property disputes.
The team is known for its quality of work, clear progression routes, and collaborative culture, making it a strong move for lawyers who want better visibility, fewer politics, and clearer career development.
Who we’re looking for
* Strong experience in residential leasehold and social housing litigation
* Comfortable supporting wider commercial property litigation matters
* Someone commercially minded who enjoys responsibility and autonomy
* Collaborative, professional, and keen to be part of a large but close-knit team
What you’ll be doing
* Running your own caseload of residential and commercial property litigation
* Acting on leasehold and social housing disputes
* Supporting a Partner with the growth of the residential litigation offering
* Assisting the wider team on commercial property disputes where required
* Managing files efficiently while meeting agreed billing expectations
* Working as part of a large, established team with strong internal support
