Administrator Repairs and Maintenance
Salary £28,940 per annum plus great benefits
Temporary 12 month contract, full time (37.5 hpw)
Hybrid working; from home and our office in Welwyn Garden City

What you'll do
1. Keep systems up to date with real-time repairs and maintenance activity
2. Spot where job volumes exceed resources and help us take action
3. Manage orders for materials, equipment and subcontractors
4. Provide general admin support including scanning, filing and post
5. Support our scheduling team when needed to keep things moving

You have...
6. Experience in a fast-paced repairs and maintenance team, or good knowledge of the sector
7. Knowledge of housing management and workforce planning systems
8. Strong organisation and customer service skills
9. Ability to manage changing priorities and meet deadlines
10. Confidence using technology and online systems

The practical bits
11. You'll work Monday to Friday
12. You'll work core hours between 08:30 and 16:30 with flexibility built in
13. We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our Welwyn Garden City office, with the rest from home.
