A well-established manufacturing organisation based at its head office in Dewsbury is seeking an experienced Pipework Inspector to join its engineering and integrity team on a permanent basis.
This is a site-based role with no travel required, offering long-term stability within a regulated manufacturing environment.

* Annual Salary Between £40,000 - £45,000
* Early finish every Friday (1:30pm)

The Role of Pipework Inspector
As a Pipework Inspector, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity, safety and compliance of pipework systems across the manufacturing site.
Key responsibilities of the Pipework Inspector include:
* Inspection and assessment of pipework systems in line with company procedures and industry standards
* Supporting and maintaining written schemes of examination (WSEs)
* Inspecting new, existing and modified pipework installations
* Identifying corrosion, erosion, fatigue and other degradation mechanisms
* Producing clear inspection reports with findings and recommendations
* Liaising with engineering, maintenance and operations teams
* Ensuring compliance with relevant UK legislation and best practice
* Maintaining accurate inspection and asset integrity records
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Pipework Inspector within a manufacturing or industrial environment
* Strong understanding of pipework integrity and inspection techniques
* Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, isometrics and engineering drawings
* Knowledge of relevant standards and legislation (e.g. PSSR)
* High attention to detail with a strong safety focus
