You will work across a cross section of clients spanning multiple industries, producing creative that must not only look strong but perform commercially. Key responsibilities Design, adapt and artwork a wide range of creative assets across print and digital channels for multiple clients Contribute innovative ideas within client briefs while respecting strategic and commercial parameters Work across campaigns, social media assets, brand collateral, presentations, event materials and digital outputs Support the development and evolution of brand identities across a variety of industries Collaborate closely with account handlers, strategists and wider creative team members Interpret briefs clearly and translate them into effective, commercially relevant visual solutions Manage multiple live projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines and quality standards Liaise with external suppliers where required to ensure accurate delivery of finished assets Skills and experience Experience in a graphic design role, ideally within an agency or fast-paced creative environment Strong technical design and art working skills across print and digital Ability to generate ideas as well as execute established concepts Comfortable switching between different brand tones and sectors Commercial awareness and understanding of client expectations and budgets Ability to prioritise workload and maintain standards without overextending capacity Strong attention to detail and pride in execution Confident communicator, able to discuss creative decisions and take constructive feedback Experience with motion, video or wider digital capability would be advantageous but is not essential.
