Description
* Undertaking Building Surveying duties related to maintenance and repair of properties, focusing specifically on damp & mould.
* Ensuring that all properties are in compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Assisting in the procurement of contractors and overseeing their work from start to finish.
* Tenant focused - regular interactions with customers, attentively listening and recording their queries during visits and acting upon them accordingly.
Profile
A successful Interim Building Surveyor should have:
1. A relevant degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
2. A good understanding of building maintenance and repair, focusing specifically on damp & mould.
3. Knowledge of safety and sustainability regulations for properties.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
