JOB DESCRIPTION POST: Systems Trainer REPORTING TO: Head of Operations JOB PURPOSE Reporting into the Head of Operations you will be responsible for training regional teams on effective use of the CRM systems used across group. This role is based in Horsforth and has an OTE range of £30,000 - £35,000 pa. Lomond is the UKs leading network of Letting and Estate agents with over 60,000 properties under management in the UK. The business currently operates across London, Yorkshire, Manchester, the Midlands, South Coast, and Scotland as well as having a PRS investment team operating across the UK. The business requires the highest professional and customer care standards consistently applied in each of the group region and we are recruiting for a Systems trainer to ensure each user is proficient on the relevant CRM system that they use. The role specifically requires experience of using multiple CRM systems and ability to write and deliver relevant training programmes for all user group. Duties & Responsibilities Build extensive knowledge of the Lettings and Sales functionality of Reapit and, where used, Qube MRI. Write system courses, including system introductions and role-specific modules. Schedule and deliver a minimum of two new-starter courses and two role-specific courses per month in each of your two regions. Work with the M&A team to ensure staff joining via acquisition attend relevant courses and receive ongoing local system support. Collaborate with the wider Operations team to review audits and compliance findings and identify gaps requiring training. Work with counterparts across the group to share best practices and training materials. Maintain accurate training records for all system users. Identify and implement methods to improve operational efficiencies while minimising risk. Perform any other duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the group. Additional Duties Undertake any other duties as reasonably required. Maintain the highest standards of professional performance. Ensure training is aligned with legislation and industry regulations. Keep professional skills and industry knowledge updated through training and development. Ensure all relevant policies are fully implemented. Skills Required Extensive knowledge of Lettings and Sales CRM systems. Minimum of 3 years industry experience. Proven experience in compiling and delivering effective training.
