At South Rings Energy Ltd we deal with customers enquiring about new boilers, air source heat pumps, central heating and insulation from the enquiry process to the installation and after care of the customers.
Working in the ECO (Energy Company Obligation) Scheme and various other funding schemes, we claim funding on behalf of the eligible customers, we provide the full customer journey from survey to installation and aftercare.
We have a full time position in our Compliance and Retro-fit team with an immediate start possible for our rapidly expanding business.
Your duties will include (but not exclusively):
* Processing surveys to produce Energy Performance Ratings pre and post install.
* Analysing photographs and floor plans to create necessary paperwork.
* Contacting customers for additional information where necessary.
* Using our internal systems to ensure deadlines and targets are met to our funders.
* Processing newly installed jobs and ensuring all paperwork is compliant for a variety of schemes.
* Keeping up to date with schemes and any scheme changes.
* Updating colleagues and managers of any potential issues.
* Ensuring a high level of attention to detail is given to all work.
* General administration.
You need to have:
* GCSE Maths and English essential and 3 other GCSE's or relevant qualifications grade C/4 or above.
* Excellent administration skills.
* Be organised.
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
* Be able to work as an individual as well as part of a team.
* Able to use own initiative and work to deadlines.
* Good IT skills essential.
* Previous experience of MS Office programs and spreadsheets would be a strong advantage.
* High attention to detail and have pride in your work.
We are a small, but efficient team who work together to create a nice working environment in our new offices on South Rings Business Park in Bamber Bridge.
Salary c£24K (depending on experience) for 37.5hours per week plus overtime during busy periods and to cover absence/holidays. This will be reviewed at the end of the 6 month period. Holidays are 30 days per annum to include Bank holidays and annual shut down at Christmas.
