Senior Building Manager, Manchester City Centre Based.
£55,000
Mon to Fri, Full Time.
Responsibilities
Oversee the full day-to-day operations of a single site building
Handle occupier requests, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, including health, safety, and fire.
Manage occupier relationships and oversee the performance of contractors and service providers.
Organise and maintain accurate records of building inspections, maintenance activities, and occupier interactions.
Prepare and manage the buildings budget, including cost management for repairs and maintenance.
Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, lease renewals, permits, quarterly occupier meetings etc
Respond to emergency situations and take appropriate action to ensure the safety and security of all within the building.
Desirables
Proven experience in the efficient delivery of Facilities Management, Services and Projects
Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
NEBOSH and Membership of BIFM and/or IOSH, will prove a strong advantage
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while keeping all stakeholders informed.
