Coffee Shop Assistant – Newcastle
Hourly Rate: £12.60 per hour, 37.5 hours per week
Clearance Required: Basic BDS, CIFAS Check and Credit Check
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 7:30 to 15:30
Are you passionate about great coffee and delivering outstanding customer service? We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic Coffee Shop Assistant to join our team in Newcastle.

What You’ll Do:
* Serve hot and cold food & beverages with a smile
* Operate tills, handle cash, and support with admin tasks
* Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting coffee shop environment
* Support food prep and front-of-house service
* Provide exceptional customer service, going the extra mile
* Work closely with on-site teams to ensure a smooth service
What We’re Looking For:
* A positive, can-do attitude and team spirit
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Impeccable personal presentation and hygiene
* Ability to work independently and under pressure
* Flexibility with working hours and tasks
* Previous experience preferred but not essential
* Good understanding of food safety and hygiene (training provided)
