About the roleWe have an exciting 11-month FTC opportunity for a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to the Regional Manager and wider team. This is a pivotal role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of regional operations. You’ll act as a trusted point of contact, you will be responsible for coordinating diaries and scheduling meetings to arranging events, travel, and accommodation, ensuring all requirements are met efficiently and cost-effectively. The role will involve some travel across the region and, on occasion, overnight stays to support meetings and events.You’ll prepare and manage a wide range of documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes, always maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with NFU Mutual’s policies. No two days will be the same. Alongside your regular responsibilities, you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in one-off projects and initiatives that help drive continuous improvement.
