Motorcycle Technician Required in Holbury, Hampshire
1. Basic Salary up to £30,000 OTE £32,000
2. Part-Time Hours considered!
3. Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00, Saturday 1 in 2 08:00 – 13:00 (Part time hours available)
4. Base near Lymington/Southampton, Hampshire

6. Option to undertake MOT licence
We are seeking an experienced a Motorcycle Technician for our Client based in the Southampton area.
Our client is an established family run garage within the Lymington/Southampton Area, with new management, looking to develop the workshop department further. As a group they also have a well-established used car sales department, ensuring a continuous flow of work from both the public and trade customers.
They work on a variety of makes and models of vehicles, with expertise within Motorcycles, Trikes as well as regularly working with Cars and some light commercials.

9. Basic Salary: £30,000
10. On Target Earning: £32,000 +
11. MOT Testing qualification available!

What’s will you be doing as a Motorcycle Technician?
15. Working on a variety of makes and models of motorcycles.
16. During non-peak motorcycle seasons, assisting with the service and repair of cars and light commercial vehicles.
17. Carry out your duties in line with the procedures.
18. Ensure that documentation procedures are performed to the highest standards and complete.
19. Ensure good communication, both orally and in written form, with your colleagues and customers
20. Ensure your timekeeping, being ready to open up & start the next job
21. Check the days job sheet box for the Next Job and if unsure consult the Workshop Controller or Office Receptionist
22. If relevant conducting MOT’s to the DVSA Standards &Completing MOT Paperwork correctly and filing in the appropriate place
23. Ensure that QC’s are conducted Monthly & filed correctly
24. Attend and complete all training courses required to carry out your job role and continued development within the Company.
25. Promote all services of the Company to Customers when the opportunity arises.
26. All other reasonable duties as requested.
To be considered for this Motorcycle Mechanic role, you must have:
27. Understanding of basic Motorcycle vehicle design, function, and location of parts.
28. Excellent computer skills

30. Strong attention to detail

32. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
