Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Marketing and Events Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about marketing, enjoys planning and delivering internal and external events, and thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment. You will support the commercial and marketing teams in executing campaigns, managing customer engagement activities, and ensuring our brand presence is professional, impactful, and consistent.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support

* Assist in the creation of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, newsletters, and digital content
* Manage and update website and social media channels with engaging content
* Support in tracking marketing performance and producing reports

Events & Trade Shows

* Coordinate logistics for trade shows, customer events, and exhibitions
* Liaise with suppliers, venues, and contractors to ensure events run smoothly
* Prepare event packs, samples, and promotional materials
* Represent Natural Innovations at events with professionalism and enthusiasm
* Support our HR function with the delivery of an annual calendar of internal events – be the key contact and project lead for these events

Commercial Support

* Support the commercial team with customer presentations and proposals
* Assist in the organisation of sampling programs and follow-up communications
* Maintain and update systems with accurate and timely information
* Develop and manage a file for innovation presentations and documentation

General Administration

* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the commercial and marketing teams
* Help ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently across all channels
* Support internally across departments with necessary documentation, presentations, and stationery needs

Skills & Experience

* Strong organisational and project management skills, with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator with the ability to engage both internal and external stakeholders
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) and CRM systems is desirable
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience in marketing, events, or commercial support is an advantage, but not essential
