The Opportunity
Are you ready to deliver transformational growth and lead our UK sales strategy? As our Regional Director UK, you will:
* Develop and execute a clear vision for growth by brand and channel, aligning plans with distributors and key stakeholders
* Deliver a 3–5 year growth strategy for key brands and categories
* Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, driving high performance and mutual business growth
* Lead distributor negotiations, set sales targets, and optimise performance through strategic initiatives
* Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective product launches, promotions, and campaigns
* Act as the main point of contact between the company and UK distributors, ensuring effective communication and coordination
What You’ll Bring
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
* Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of managing and growing distributor networks
* Demonstrable success in building business through third-party distributors
* Experience in premium and luxury spirits (ideal)
* Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities
* Highly motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
