Portfolio Credit Control is currently partnered with a reputable Professional Services business that has experienced tripling in growth over the past 3 years. This organization is looking to expand its finance team and is seeking an Assistant Management Accountant in an organically grown role. This position offers clear career progression and stability within an excellent organization.
Responsibilities
1. Prepare detailed reconciliations between our sales system and invoices issued each month.
2. Analyze underlying sales data and assist in improving the quality and accuracy of both new and historical data.
3. Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
4. Perform detailed reconciliation and review of control accounts.
5. Assist with customer invoicing processes and data reconciliation.
6. Utilize the company's systems (Salesforce and Dimensions) for analysis and comparison.
7. Identify continuous improvement opportunities to work smarter and with greater control.
8. Support day-to-day finance operations.
9. Perform data cleansing as needed.
About you
* Confident in liaising with internal stakeholders.
* Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role.
* A hard-working individual willing to go above and beyond.
