You will make sure our assets are inspected, maintained, operated and eventually decommissioned in accordance with our plans, policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include: - Development and delivery of capital and revenue project programmes, acting as CDM Client. - Working alongside the other technical leads in the team, coordinating routine and infrequent maintenance activities. - Ensuring our assets are safe, able to operate when required, and legally compliant. - Utilising multiple delivery routes, including in-house resource and the supply chain to meet service levels. - Financial forecasting and contract management. - Ensuring asset data in the Asset Information Management System (AIMS) is a consistent and high-quality inventory of our assets that enables us to report on asset health and make informed decisions. - Development of contingency plans, asset management plans and operating procedures that specify and ensure we meet the required standard of service. - Provide work delivery, safety and environmental assurance including KPI reporting. - Work to meet our ambitious carbon reduction and sustainability targets.
