Chartered Building Surveyor (newly qualified+), Central London to £65k per annum + Discretionary Bonus + Benefits + CPD
Our client, a RICS regulated Chartered Surveying practice with offices in London and the Midlands, undertakes instructions relating to all aspects of Building Surveying and Design services, with particular specialist knowledge in the commercial and high-end residential sectors.
With extensive experience across disciplines such as major works project management, party wall and neighbourly matters, Licence for Alterations, Dilapidations, and technical due diligence, we act as trusted advisors to both individuals and corporate entities.
Due to the company's continued growth, they have a vacancy in the central London office for an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to work in a dynamic environment, delivering a full range of building surveying duties to predominantly residential and commercial clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to develop their career within a forward-thinking, expanding company.
Responsibilities:
Supporting Senior Building Surveyors in daily operations, including:
* Contract administration duties; managing smaller projects independently and assisting with larger projects.
* Planned maintenance surveys
* Design and specification of maintenance works
* Defect investigation and diagnosis
* Licence for Alterations
* Party Wall matters
* Pre-Acquisition Surveys
* Project Management
* Employer’s Agent roles
* Reinstatement Cost Assessments (for insurance purposes)
