Role Description
This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Renewal Account Manager, based in Bath with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. The Renewal Account Manager will focus on managing subscription renewals, fostering strong relationships with existing clients, and identifying opportunities for upselling additional services. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include maintaining client satisfaction, ensuring timely renewal processes, addressing client queries, and gathering feedback to inform service improvements. The role will also involve closely collaborating with internal teams to strategically support the client's needs.
Qualifications
* Experience in client relationship management, account management, and customer engagement
* Ability to identify upselling opportunities and manage subscription renewal processes effectively
* Strong communication, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills
* Proven ability to meet or exceed targets and manage multiple client accounts
* Skills in collaboration and working cross‑functionally with internal teams
* Proficiency in relevant CRM tools and data management systems
* Experience in public sector contracts, bids, or procurement processes is advantageous
* Proactive, organized, and capable of balancing a hybrid working environment
