This is a full-time role for a Compliance Analyst/Associate based in London. The Compliance Analyst/Associate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, minuting quarterly compliance meetings, analysing financial and compliance-related data, and preparing reports for management. The role also involves collaborating with various teams to provide guidance on compliance matters and helping to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures. Qualifications Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and ability to interpret and apply regulations, standards, and guidelines. Ensure adherence to FCA and other regulatory requirements across all business activities. Monitor and review compliance frameworks to identify and mitigate potential risks. Prepare and submit accurate regulatory reports and filings in a timely manner. Conduct compliance checks and support compliance monitoring to maintain robust governance. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement policies and remediate compliance issues promptly. Track regulatory changes and provide guidance to ensure ongoing compliance. Strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex data and identify trends or discrepancies Effective Communication skills for reporting findings and working collaboratively with other departments. Keen attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Up to 4 years of relevant work within the financial sector and a degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Law, or a related field is preferred.
