We are recruiting experienced Residential Support Workers to join Children’s Homes in the Channel Islands. You will be part of a parenting team providing a safe, nurturing environment for children and young people looked after by the Council. You’ll work flexibly to meet their needs — including shift work, sleep-ins, weekends, and bank holidays (paid at 2x rate).
