Multiple locations (Oxfordshire, Swindon, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire). Remote working available with occasional travel to the office. Working hours: 45 hours per week – some flexibility is available.
Role Overview
Senior Quantity Surveyor – Thames Water Framework team. You will support the commercial management of the Water Framework project during the construction phase.
Responsibilities
* Manage valuations, project cashflows, and produce comprehensive monthly cost reports.
* Ensure compliance with procurement strategies and review subcontract tenders.
* Provide expert contractual advice and handle documentation.
* Drive commercial initiatives and develop margin improvement plans.
* Mentor and support junior team members to meet targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
* Hold a construction-related degree qualification.
* Hold a full UK driving licence.
* Commercial experience working for a contractor, ideally with MEP exposure.
* Familiarity with various contract forms.
* Strong collaboration and relationship‑building skills.
