Finance Administrator (FTC) Belfast £28,000 - £30,000pa Flexible Hours Black Fox Solutions are currently working with a one of Northern Irelands largest businesses in the Graphic Design industry to find an experience Finance Administrator to join the team. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date computerised Purchase and Sales Ledgers. Perform multi-currency bank reconciliations, ensuring correct allocation to customer and supplier accounts. Lead and manage an efficient and effective Credit Control function. Assist in the preparation of monthly management and financial reports. Support the purchasing process, including raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers. Provide assistance to the Operations team in stock management activities. Handle incoming telephone calls and assist customers with payment-related enquiries. Carry out general administrative duties to support Senior Management, the Sales team, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business. What you'll need to succeed Minimum 1 years experience in a similar finance role 2 years experience in an Administrative role IATI Qualification or working towards one.
