Due to an increased workload, our client is seeking to recruit an Skilled Labourer to start as soon as possible for approximately two weeks work covering one of their refurbishment / extension projects in Horncastle We are seeking experienced an experienced and skilled labourer competent to work on refurbishment / extension projects to assist with the completion of roofing and other works on a heritage building in Horncastle including breaking out some concrete, pre plaster and associated tasks. The successful applicant must have excellent level of experience, with a thorough knowledge of both traditional and timber frame construction combined with a comprehensive health and safety understanding. You will require an in date CSCS card as a minimum. Required experience: * Joinery - Time Served / NVQ level. * Competent in Timber Frame Construction. * Competent in Traditional Construction. * First Aid at work Qualification (Preferred) * Must hold a full valid UK driving license. * Training / Supervisory Experience would be an advantage.
