What the job involves This role involves serving as the lead officer for the largest and most intricate planning applications, pre-application submissions, and screening and scoping opinion requests submitted to the Local Planning Authority (LPA). The lead officer will ensure a high level of service by effectively managing all aspects of major planning applications. You will also support team leaders and service managers in case management of complex planning submissions.
