An exciting opportunity has arisen within our booking office. We currently have a vacancy for a full-time (37.5 hours) Appointments Booking Clerk based at the Conquest Hospital, within the Outpatient Booking Service, in East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust.

The department offers a fast and responsive outpatient appointment booking service. The role involves contacting patients to confirm dates and performing scheduled telephone sessions, depending on departmental needs. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, IT knowledge, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team under strict deadlines.
Working hours are between 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday, with shifts of 08:00-16:00, 09:00-17:00, and 10:00-18:00. Weekend work from 9am - 12 noon on a rota basis.
