The Role
You will manage a varied and high‑quality corporate and commercial caseload, acting for a broad range of businesses and stakeholders.
Typical matters will include:

* Purchase and sale of businesses
* Mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
* Joint venture and investment agreements
* Shareholder agreements
* Commercial contracts and terms of business

The role offers autonomy, responsibility and the opportunity to build strong client relationships, while being supported by a collaborative and well‑resourced team.

About You
\n
* Qualified Solicitor with ideally 5+ years’ PQE in corporate and commercial law
* Strong technical experience across transactions and advisory work
* Confident managing matters independently and advising clients directly
* Commercially aware with a pragmatic, client‑focused approach
* Interested in ongoing professional development and career progression
