Day to Day Responsibilities:
1. Carrying out general maintenance in domestic properties
2. Using skills such as carpentry or plumbing
3. Providing good customer service, including meeting and greeting tenants
4. Utilising a PDA

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this position would have experience as a Kitchen Fitter, Bathroom Fitter, Maintenance Operative, Multi Skilled Operative, Multi Trade Operative, Carpenter, Joiner, UPVC Specialist, Plumber, Plumber Multi Trader, Plasterer, or Handyman with experience in social housing, housing associations, domestic properties, council properties, or MOD (Ministry of Defense).
