Key Responsibilities
* Operate production machinery in accordance with company standards and safety regulations.
* Assemble products with precision and efficiency according to specifications.
* Conduct quality control checks to ensure all products meet quality standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
* Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and schedules.
* Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
* Participate in training and onboarding of new team members as required.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory.
* Ability to safely operate machinery and tools.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
* Effective communication skills and ability to work harmoniously in a team.
* Willingness to be flexible with shifts and adapt to changing production needs.
* Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
* Overall understanding of health and safety practices in a factory setting is a plus.
