FLT Driver Pay : £13.74 Location : Birkenhead CH41 Shifts : 08:00-17:00 (Early finish Fridays) Days : Monday-Friday We are recruiting an experienced Counterbalance Driver to join our fast-paced warehouse operation. The role involves supporting the efficient movement, loading, and storage of goods within a busy logistics environment. Youll play a key part in maintaining an organised warehouse and ensuring smooth stock flow. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to move pallets, stock, and materials Load and unload vehicles in line with company safety standards Support inbound and outbound operations Put stock away and replenish pick locations accurately Work closely with warehouse and transport teams to maintain smooth workflow Perform basic equipment checks and report any faults Assist with general warehouse duties when required Requirements Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent) with minimum 2 years experience Previous experience working in a warehouse or 3PL environment Confident operating a counterbalance truck in busy areas Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets If youre an experienced Counterbalance Driver looking to join a well-established operation, wed love to hear from you.
