About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented and driven Senior Sous Chef to join a high-performing kitchen team delivering outstanding culinary experiences for weddings and exclusive events.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Head Chef in leading and managing the kitchen team on a day-to-day basis
* Deliver high-quality, fine dining dishes consistently to an exceptional standard
* Assist in menu development, with a focus on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients
* Ensure smooth kitchen operations during high-volume wedding and event service
* Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and compliance
* Train, mentor, and develop junior kitchen staff
* Monitor stock levels, ordering, and kitchen cost control
* Uphold the venue's reputation for excellence in food presentation and service
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fine dining environment
* Strong background in high-end hospitality, ideally within events or wedding venues
* Experience in French cuisine is highly desirable
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and passion for culinary excellence
* Relevant culinary qualifications (preferred)
