Private Client Paralegal
Salary: £25-27,000

OVERVIEW
We're looking for an experienced Private Client Paralegal or Legal Assistant to join a highly respected legal team known for delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, close-knit department where you'll be working on a varied and interesting caseload.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting with a broad range of Private Client matters including wills, probate, estate administration, and trusts
- Managing client communications, preparing legal documents, and maintaining case files
- Supporting solicitors with client meetings and file preparation
- Liaising with executors, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and third-party professionals
- Drafting correspondence and legal forms to a high standard
- Handling sensitive client matters with empathy and discretion
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in Private Client law is essential
- Able to handle a varied caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Proficient in using legal case management systems
- Law degree, CILEx qualification, or equivalent legal training is desirable but not essential
