, supporting major platforms like
Amazon, Wayfair, and eBay

We're looking for a dedicated
Customer Service Exec / Sales Admin Assistant
to support our growing digital team.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Handling customer queries via
email, phone
, and
Amazon Seller Central
* Managing
returns
, collections, and
replacements
* Liaising with
QA
on product issues and resolutions
* Monitoring
stock levels
and keeping portals like Amazon, Wayfair & eBay up to date
* Processing orders and ensuring timely
warehouse and shipping
coordination
* Supporting the content team to maintain a
top-tier product catalogue
* Reporting to the
Head of Digital
and
Head of Customer Service
What You'll Need:
* Proven
Customer Service
experience (E-commerce preferred)
* Familiarity with
Amazon Seller Central
or similar portals (Wayfair, eBay, etc.)
* Strong communication skills — both
written and verbal
* Confident using
Microsoft Excel
and general Office tools
* Willingness to work
occasional weekends and bank holidays
on a rota (remote, with time off in lieu)
