Main Purpose of Role
Konecta UK is looking for a HR Manager who will contribute to the achievement of business results by effectively integrating and applying HR knowledge and expertise, leadership and organisational development principles.
Pivotal to future success, this role will work in synergy with the ESM HRD and Senior HR Business Partner in all our sites, and be Manager for the HR Shared Services Team. HR function. The HR Manager acts as the face of HR for Konecta UK and reports directly to the ESM HR Director.
Skill Required
1. Provide expert advice in all HR matters related to the site, operating at both a strategic and an operational level
2. Management of generalist HR Shared Services teams
3. Introduce and drive change management initiatives across the HR Shared Services Department
4. Oversee all Share Services functions
5. Evaluate and make recommendations to Senior HR Business Partner on cost effective training and development programmes
6. Ensure all payroll processes and pre-employment checks are complete and in line with Konecta Policies
