We’re supporting a growing global business in the scientific and laboratory solutions space in their search for an experienced Global Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and growth of their Analytical and Sample Preparation portfolio. As Global Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of a high-impact product portfolio, helping shape its direction and driving strategic growth. Working closely with marketing, R&D, sales, operations, and finance, you’ll champion customer needs while ensuring commercial success. This role reports to the EVP of Strategy and will require occasional international travel, as well as regular visits to the Cardiff site (minimum twice per month).
Define and communicate a global product strategy that supports growth, innovation, and profitability
Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify long-term opportunities
Build compelling business cases to support new investments and initiatives
Portfolio Management
Oversee product lifecycle management and quality across the full portfolio
Monitor portfolio performance and implement improvements to drive revenue
Act as the central point of accountability for product performance
Engage with customers and key opinion leaders to capture insights and feedback
Market Intelligence
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis
A PhD or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related scientific field
A proven background in global product management, including strategy, planning, and lifecycle management
Experience leading cross-functional projects or teams across multiple regions
Salary: Up to £60,000 + Bonus
Flexible, with a requirement to travel to Cardiff twice per month
