Role Overview
We are looking for an Insights & Analytics Expert to join Developer Services. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer experience, improving regulatory performance—particularly DMEX—and maximizing the value of operational, customer and commercial data.
Key Accountabilities
* Support performance improvement projects focusing on DMEX, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
* Evaluate, integrate and leverage data from multiple systems (e.g., SAP, GIS, CRM, Work Management Tools, survey platforms) to produce meaningful analytical outputs.
* Lead the regular reporting of DMEX, APR, and other regulatory/commercial metrics.
* Build and develop models that combine disparate data sources.
* Undertake advanced analytics for forecasting, segmentation, and process optimisation.
* Support the design, deployment and analysis of customer surveys and feedback mechanisms.
* Maintain awareness of industry-wide performance and emerging trends.
* Understand Developer Services regulatory elements, including DMEX, CCW expectations, and Ofwat reporting requirements.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and recommend improvements. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and SQL; Python or R is a bonus. Knowledge of Developer Services, the water industry, and key regulatory requirements. Ability to build relationships and work effectively with stakeholders across operational, commercial, and regulatory teams. Proactive initiative and forward-thinking approach.
Location
You’ll be based in Raynesway or Coventry headquarters, Monday – Friday, with occasional travel to other sites for meetings.
