About The Role
Are you ready to take the lead in a vibrant culinary environment? We’re on the lookout for a Senior Kitchen Manager / Head Chef to join our dynamic team at Butlin’s in Minehead!

In this exciting position, you’ll have the chance to:
* Lead and inspire our talented kitchen team across our fantastic food venues.
* Ensure Junior Kitchen Managers are effectively leading each shift.
* Maintain compliance with all food safety and Health & Safety policies.
* Manage food orders with our onsite warehouse and uphold HACCP processes.
* Collaborate with the Food Development Team to tackle operational challenges.
* Foster a motivated, proactive culinary team that delivers quality service.
* Implement cost control procedures and monitor waste and breakage.
* Work closely with both kitchen and front-of-house teams for seamless operations.
About You
We’re searching for someone with:
* Previous experience in a similar kitchen management role.
* A proven track record of developing team performance in a commercial culinary setting.
* A hardworking, determined attitude with a knack for getting things done.
* Energetic and enthusiastic spirit, ready to enhance the guest experience.
* Level 3 Food Safety qualification and confidence in leading a busy kitchen team.

Typical working hours: 40 hours per week, five days over seven.
