About the Company

Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and maintain high clinical standards delivered by qualified nursing and care staff.
* Support the Home Manager in implementing policies, procedures, and service objectives.
* Oversee resident wellbeing, ensuring care plans are updated to reflect any change in need.
* Act as a key point of contact for residents, relatives, and external health and social care professionals.
About You
* Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
* Experience in a senior clinical role within a care home setting.
* Strong knowledge of clinical governance and care planning systems.
