Responsibilities
* Participate in full departmental rota covering ultrasound and CT examinations.
* Cover trust‑wide shifts, including late hours and weekends at the Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care Hospital in Cramlington, on a rotational basis.
* Provide support to radiographers and sonographers during diagnostic and interventional examinations.
* Assist patients attending for examinations.
* Travel across sites to cover sickness and annual leave requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Competence in radiography or sonography, with a clear understanding of departmental procedures.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
* Fit and Proper Person Requirements (FPPR) compliance with CQC and NHS England statutory guidance.
* Demonstrated commitment to professional and efficient service delivery, including clerical and administrative duties.
