About the Role
The Events Marketing Executive will play a key role in driving growth for both new and existing events. Working closely with senior marketing leadership and cross-functional teams, you will help deliver targeted marketing campaigns that increase delegate attendance and sponsorship engagement across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement marketing plans to grow event delegate numbers and sponsorship revenue
2. Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing and sales strategies
3. Manage digital marketing channels including website, social media, PPC, and paid advertising
4. Write compelling, targeted copy tailored to specific personas and marketing platforms
5. Analyze campaign data and report on KPIs with actionable insights
6. Monitor competitor activities and benchmark event marketing performance
7. Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers to execute campaigns effectively

Essential Skills & Attributes:
8. Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B events marketing or similar roles
9. Strong data-driven mindset and analytical skills
10. Excellent copywriting and communication skills
11. Comfortable working with marketing technology tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and CMS
12. Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines
13. Collaborative and proactive approach with a hunger to exceed targets
Desirable:
14. Experience leading marketing for new event launches or high-growth events
