As a member of the Customer Success organization, the Solutions Consultant plays a critical role by supporting our direct sales team and reseller partners by providing deep product expertise, conducting solution design, and demonstrating how our software delivers measurable business value to the AECO industry. The Solutions Consultant partners with Account Executives and reseller sales teams throughout the sales cycle and collaborates with Technical Specialists, Account Managers, and Customer Success Managers to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales success.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
* Partner with direct sales and reseller sales teams to understand customer needs and craft compelling solution strategies.
* Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concepts tailored to customer requirements.
* Conduct discovery sessions to identify business challenges and map them to our platform's capabilities.
* Collaborate with API Technical Specialists to design integrations and technical solutions for unique customer problems.
* Support reseller partners by providing enablement, training, and joint customer engagement in pre-sales cycles.
* Create and maintain sales assets (demo environments, solution playbooks, ROI models) for both direct and reseller use.
* Provide clear handoff to post-sales Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.
* Stay current with industry trends and competitive offerings to position our solutions effectively.
Requirements for the position include:
* 3–7 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or sales engineering for SaaS or enterprise software.
* Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences.
* Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
* Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and solution architecture.
* Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Resellers, Product, and Customer Success.
Nice to have qualifications for this position include:
* Experience in the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations) industry.
* Salesforce knowledge (CRM integration, workflows, reporting).
