The role As a Station Supervisor, you'll:
* Lead and support the station and booking office team
* Keep customers informed with announcements and updates
* Assist passengers, including those needing extra support
* Manage rosters and supplies to keep things running smoothly
* Coordinate with Traincrew, Control and Depot Managers to minimise delays
* No two days are the same — you'll be at the centre of the action, making sure journeys run safely and smoothly.
About you
We're looking for someone who has:
* Experience in a supervisory or team leader role
* Strong communication and people skills
* The ability to stay calm and organised during disruption
* Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing situations
* A commitment to customer service and safety
£32,299 Plus aggregation and overtime allowance
