Job Description
Job Purpose:
1. Managing multiple concurrent construction projects spread over various sites/assets, duties include liaising with the client, conducting meetings to understand the requirements and working with them to provide safe and efficient solutions.
2. Liaising with and management of subcontractors such as civils and heavy lift.
3. Work within the construction function to develop project capabilities and to differentiate nexos from its competitors as a leading EPC contractor.
4. To manage and continuously review and develop governance processes and procedures to improve the company’s ability to consistently execute construction, completions, and commissioning of all integrity and project scopes of work.
5. Manage construction work scope packaging strategies including Work Breakdown Structures and construction work packs.
6. Managing and adhering to CDM requirements where applicable.
7. Attend project reviews and drive construction efficiency and improvements across all projects and contracts.
8. Monitor KPIs to drive efficiencies.
9. Build and maintain construction planning data for scope
10. Carrying out review of performance and initiating and maintaining Grow conversations within the Construction team.
