Our Team: Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations: the Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany), the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK, which will be operational this year. Our Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on chassis and race operations.

The position is based at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg, Germany.
In the Energy Recovery System (ERS) division, you will work as part of the department management team on the development and testing of key components that enhance power unit performance and competitiveness.
This role begins on January 1, 2026. Your Mission includes:
* Supporting the ERS department head as an interface between development teams and workshops
* Planning, coordinating, and implementing ERS development projects
* Assisting in budget planning for ERS projects
* Supporting cross-departmental testing and deployment planning
* Coordinating assembly planning with responsible personnel and workshops
* Optimizing development processes and methods
* Analyzing technical data and reporting on project progress
* Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
Your Profile:
* Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field
* Experience in motorsport or electric drive system development, project management, or coordination
* Development experience with electric drive systems for motorsport or similar environments
* Strong organizational skills and team spirit
* Analytical thinking and structured working approach
* Passion for motorsport and innovative technologies, with high commitment
* Proficiency in German or English, with willingness to learn the other language
