Senior Credit Risk Manager - Responsible Lending and Open Banking

Role Overview:
Lead the evolution of using alternative data sources within our credit risk strategies for Loans, Vehicle Finance, and Credit Cards. Establish thought leadership in open banking transactional data to enhance credit access for underserved markets, grow receivables, and optimize profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and influence the credit strategy team across various departments.
2. Develop and optimize lending policies, especially using open banking data.
3. Manage projects aligned with our future vision for responsible lending.
4. Engage effectively with customers throughout their lending journey.
5. Innovate data exchange processes during customer onboarding.
6. Build and develop a high-performing team.
7. Drive decision-making improvements through testing and learning initiatives.
8. Gain stakeholder buy-in for strategic changes.
9. Support business growth while maintaining responsible lending standards.
10. Mentor and coach team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in responsible lending strategy development.
* Expertise in open banking data utilization.
* Background in scorecard and affordability assessment development.
* Strong leadership and strategic influence skills.
* Knowledge of regulatory frameworks like CONC and macroeconomic trends.
