We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to take on the critical role of Head of Operational Risk, ensuring the bank's resilience against emerging risks while fostering a robust risk culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the operational risk strategy, frameworks, and governance across the wholesale banking division.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks, ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices.
* Partner with business leaders to embed a risk-aware culture while providing expert guidance on risk exposure and mitigation.
* Oversee risk assessments, incident management, and business continuity planning.
* Engage with regulators, auditors, and key stakeholders to ensure transparent and effective risk reporting.
* Drive continuous improvement in operational risk controls and frameworks to meet evolving market demands.
What We're Looking For:
* Extensive experience in operational risk management within wholesale banking.
* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, risk frameworks, and governance best practices.
* Ability to lead, influence, and drive cultural change across the business.
