Join a growing Utility Solutions Practice delivering utility-based services to a range of clients. Based at The Hub, Aztec West, Bristol, the team supports flexible and hybrid working.
Your new role
* Provide administrative and project support
* Manage shared mailbox and respond to queries
* Liaise with asset owners and suppliers
* Process payments (BACS, credit card, invoices)
* Prepare and update performance reports
* Monitor client financial status
* Assist with audits and quality checks
* Set up new customers in financial systems
* Support other teams with ad hoc tasks
What you'll need to succeed
* Strong attention to detail and numeracy
* Confident with MS Office
* Clear communicator and problem-solver
* Organised and adaptable
* Trustworthy with financial data
* Previous admin/project support experience (desirable)
What you'll get in return
