Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Salary: £90 - £100 per day (depending on experience)

Role
Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Do you want to make a difference in a nurturing and inclusive school environment?
Responsibilities
* Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to support students with a range of needs, including autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and speech and language difficulties.
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to help pupils engage with learning and build confidence.
* Use creative strategies to promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
* Assist with classroom organisation, resource preparation, and differentiated learning activities.
* Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and staff to create a safe and supportive learning environment.
Requirements
* Experience working with children or young people with SEND (in school, youth work, or care settings).
* A patient, empathetic, and resilient attitude.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A valid DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one).
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE, Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, Psychology, Education, or Health & Social Care) are desirable but not essential.
