Key Responsibilities: Lead, train, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Provide outstanding customer service, identifying opportunities to upsell and meet customer needs. Manage and monitor inventory to ensure optimal stock levels on the shop floor. Ensure the store is always clean, safe, and visually appealing through effective merchandising. Handle daily cash banking and reconciliation processes. Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed profitability targets. Collaborate with the Area Manager and contribute ideas to enhance store performance. What We're Looking For: An enthusiastic, goal-oriented individual with retail management experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, team leadership, and business growth. Skills and Experience: Proven retail and management experience, ideally in a similar industry. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to coach and mentor team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and lead a team. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Experience with cash banking and reconciliation (desirable). Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques (desirable). Familiarity with vaping products and trends (desirable).
